MIKE APPLETON
Author of nine books covering the Yorkshire Dales, Cheshire and Derbyshire, Mike is a writer, photographer and broadcaster of more than 20 years in the outdoor and travel sector. His commissioned work includes writing guidebooks and places to visit in these special places, alongside the social economic and environmental issues affecting them. JUDITH BAKER
London-based travel writer/editor with 30 years journalistic experience editing consumer/travel/business titles and writing extensively about travel for many UK newspapers and magazines including The Telegraph, The Mail, The Times, TTG Luxury, Selling Travel and numerous travel websites. Specialising in the Caribbean, I have edited Caribbean World magazine and The Caribbean Property Investor. Recent trips: Uzbekistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Belize,  Mexico. ROSS CLARKE
Ross is a writer, editor and content marketing consultant who specialises in travel, food and wine content. He’s written for wide variety of titles, including the BBC, National Geographic Traveller, The Sunday Times, The Independent, Lonely Planet, Evening Standard, Metropolitan, iPaper, JRNY Magazine and High Life. Travel-wise, he specialises in Spain (especially the Canary Islands of Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, La Palma, El Hierro, La Gomera and La Graciosa) and Wales but has travelled the globe from Tasmania to Tokyo, California to Copenhagen and written about many more countries. Ross publishes a weekly newsletter all about Welsh food and drink called The Welsh Kitchen. He holds the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines.
