Kirstie Pelling and Stuart Wickes run a family travel website from their home in the UK’s Lake District. The Family Adventure Project came to life two decades ago and together with their children they have cycled and blogged about adventurous travel in more than twenty countries. Journalist Kirstie Pelling has written for numerous publications including Lonely Planet, LateRooms and Expedia. She has won the British Guild of Travel Writers’ Travel Blogger of the Year award three times.
